Spionen er et offline pass-and-play partyspil. Der er ingen konti, ingen annoncer, ingen sporing og ingen analyseværktøjer. Alt spildata bliver på din telefon. Den eneste eksterne behandling er validering af køb af Spionen Pro.

Data, der bliver på din enhed
Appen gemmer spillernavne, stillinger, indstillinger og dine egne ordpakker lokalt på enheden. Disse data sendes aldrig til os eller andre, og de slettes, når du sletter appen (eller nulstiller et spil i appen).
Køb (Spionen Pro)
Køb gennemføres af Apple App Store eller Google Play. Vi ser aldrig dine betalingsoplysninger. Til at validere købet og låse Pro op bruger appen RevenueCat, som behandler et anonymt app-bruger-id, kvittering/abonnementsstatus og platform (iOS/Android). Retsgrundlaget er opfyldelse af aftalen (GDPR art. 6, stk. 1, litra b). Læs mere i RevenueCats privatlivspolitik.
Det indsamler vi ikke
- Ingen konti, navne, e-mails eller telefonnumre hos os
- Ingen placering, kontakter eller fotos
- Ingen annoncer, ingen tredjepartssporing, ingen analytics
- Ingen data sælges eller deles til markedsføring
Børn
Appen henvender sig til personer på 12 år og derover. Ordpakken "Efter midnat" (18+) er bag en alderbekræftelse. Vi indsamler ikke bevidst personoplysninger om børn.
Dine rettigheder
Efter GDPR har du ret til indsigt, berigtigelse, sletning, begrænsning og dataportabilitet. Da spildata kun findes lokalt, sletter du dem ved at slette appen. For købsdata kan du kontakte os på e-mailen ovenfor eller bruge Apples/Googles egne værktøjer. Du kan klage til Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).

In short
Spionen is an offline pass-and-play party game for iOS and Android. No accounts, no ads, no tracking, no analytics. All game data stays on your phone. The only external processing is purchase validation for Spionen Pro.

Data that stays on your device
Player names, scores, settings and custom word packs are stored locally on the device only. They are never transmitted and are removed when you delete the app.
Purchases (Spionen Pro)
Purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we never see your payment details. To validate the purchase, the app uses RevenueCat, which processes an anonymous app user ID, the purchase receipt/entitlement status and the platform. Legal basis: performance of contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). See the RevenueCat privacy policy.
What we do not collect
- No accounts, names, emails or phone numbers held by us
- No location, contacts or photos
- No ads, no third-party tracking, no analytics
- No data is sold or shared for marketing
Children
The app is intended for ages 12 and up; the 18+ word pack sits behind an age confirmation. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. Game data exists only on your device, so deleting the app deletes it. For purchase data, contact us at the email above or use Apple's/Google's own tools. You may lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
